Products may not be returned without prior authorization. Merchandise must be returned prepaid and it must be returned unused in it’s original packaging. Call 888-870-7278 for return instructions of defective products. If an item was shipped in error, call and we arrange for pick-up by UPS.

In-stock items we usually ship within 24 hours, by UPS ground. Shipping cost is $6.50, unless otherwise noted. Other methods of shipment are available by calling us at 1-888-870-7278. If an item is not in-stock, the customer will be notified by email, and they may cancel the order if they so choose.
